John H. Baxter is a very qualified and experienced Chemical Dependency Counselor. He entered his own recovery program in 1976 while active duty in United States Navy and 2 years later was selected to participate in a one year Alcoholism Treatment Specialist Program and has provided individual and group counseling for 26 years.
John is not associated with any provider of "treatment programs" and if a referral is necessary he will assist the client or client's family in location the most appropriate treatment provider.
